Our proprietary Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) process delivers decades of proven maintenance-free, corrosion protection. For over 50 years, Gheen has been zinc coating our steel products and custom-built parts for our customers. We have two tanks to coat customer steel products of all sizes: up to 21 feet long, 4 feet wide, and 6 feet high.

• Recyclability: Zinc & steel are 100% recyclable, without loss of chemical or physical properties, making galvanized-steel exceptionally renewable building material.

• Safety: HDG Zinc coating makes steel structures like handrails, guide rails, bridges & signs, safer.

• Sustainability: Galvanized steel products both environmental advantages, due to the lower impact of production and recyclability, and cost efficiency based on extended life cycle.

• Duplexity: Our facilities have the capacity to galvanize and powder coat steel products. Powder-coating over galvanized steel offers extended durability and maintenance-free corrosion protection.
